Terms of Service

These terms apply to Mandrix diagnostics, AI level checks, coaching sessions, course packages, online classes, booking forms, payment flows, and related learning communication.

Booking and Payment

Students choose a course, complete payment through PayPal Business checkout or another approved provider shown on the website, and submit the booking form. A paid booking is confirmed after payment and booking details are received.

The free AI level check is provided as an initial assessment and study-roadmap tool. Paid lessons and programs are purchased separately through the booking page or by written agreement with Mandrix.

Application-based programs, private intensives, corporate training, and custom trade or supplier-communication programs may require consultation before payment.

Scheduling

Preferred dates and times are requested in Beijing Time unless otherwise stated. The website may generate a preliminary schedule from your selected package, first date, time slot, and frequency. Mandrix may adjust the final schedule if a slot is unavailable, duplicated, or requires manual confirmation.

Meeting links are sent by email or direct communication after booking details are received and payment status is confirmed.

Rescheduling

Please contact Mandrix at least 24 hours before a scheduled class if you need to reschedule. New times depend on available slots.

Course Validity

Standard course packages are valid for 3 months unless otherwise stated. Private intensive packages may have different validity periods listed on the course page or agreed in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

Lesson packages are generally non-refundable once confirmed because teaching time, schedule capacity, preparation, and course materials are reserved for the student. Mandrix does offer rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice within the package validity period.

If there is a duplicate payment, technical payment error, or a confirmed service issue before lessons begin, contact Mandrix promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Any exception should be confirmed in writing.

Educational Results

Mandrix provides structured instruction, feedback, and learning materials, but language progress depends on student participation, attendance, practice, and starting level. No specific exam score or fluency result is guaranteed.

AI Level Check Boundary

The AI level check provides an initial learning diagnosis and suggested path. It is not an official HSK score, visa document, school placement certificate, or guarantee of future performance. Jane may adjust recommendations after reviewing written or spoken samples.

Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for providing accurate contact information, checking email for schedule and meeting-link messages, joining lessons on time, preparing requested materials, and practicing between lessons when assigned.

Intellectual Property

Mandrix lesson materials, diagnostic structures, templates, exercises, and course frameworks are for the enrolled student or client only. They may not be resold, republished, or used to train another service without written permission.
